halloween
on 10/31 there was the big halloween parade in nyc. and of course, we went there! of course, we dressed up and of course, most of the others that came with us, didn´t :) the parade went along 6th ave. crazy atmosphere! it´s nothing comparable to fasching at home. people dress up in a very fashionable and perfectionist way. although, i´ve never seen so many almost naked police bunnies... the parade itself is only by parts professional. everybody in a nice costume can join. that makes it really interesting. halloween is a cult over here!after the parade we wanted to go to a nice bar and somehow we managed to get into a party of a french place. there was a little garden, some tables, a bar and a small dancefloor - really nice! later on we realised it was private. but rene and me were starving so we went out to get some food. it was a very special night life atmosphere in the streets with all those dressed people which i enjoyed a lot. but when we came back we were told that there was a free buffet with french cuisine par excellence we had just missed.... damn it! (considering the fact that we wanted to go to another place but decided very fast not to go when we saw the prices for one bottle of an alcoholic drink for the halloween night: 200$ and up!)

Hier hat nur das kleine Mädchen aus meinem Haus geklopft und wollte was süßes, ok und der kleine peinliche Zwischenfall bei Heikes und Boris Geburtstags Feier. Man sollte nie einfach die Tür aufmachen, wenn man nicht weiß wer davor steht:-)
wie was war denn bei heikes geburtstag? hat mir mal wieder keiner was erzählt nene
das wuerde mich auch mal interessieren... ;-)
Angeblich haben ein paar Kiddies bei uns geklingelt - habe ich aber auch nicht mitbekommen, obwohl ich mir extra vorgenommen hatte, sie mit dem Verpackungsmonster zu überraschen...;-)
und, habt ihr sie schoen mit bowle abgefuellt, wenn sie schon nicht das Verpackungsmonster zu Gesicht bekommen haben?? ;-)

H: Ich hab leider nur was zu trinken da, aber da ist auch ganz viel Zucker drinnen.

Das Verpackungsmonster taucht auf einmal aus der Wohnung auf,
kiddies versuchen nach draussen zu gehen...*plok* oh mist da war noch die Tür.
